Before you join AUSTAR broadband please view our system requirements and have the following information handy:

  • If you are an AUSTAR TV or Mobile customer:

    You will need to provide your AUSTAR account number, the exact name, postcode and telephone number that is on your AUSTAR account.

    You may need your credit card to purchase an AUSTAR broadband modem.

  • If you are an existing AUSTARnet customer:

    Please call AUSTAR on 132432 to sign up today.

  • If you are not an AUSTAR customer:

    You will need to have your credit card handy to join AUSTAR broadband.
