Join online

Joining online means that you will be asked to select a username and password, select a pricing plan and buy a modem. When you receive your modem (within 2 working days), you can activate your service and access the Internet immediately.

Our online join process is suitable for new customers and existing AUSTAR TV, Mobile and Dial-up customers.

Buy a modem from a retail store

You can visit a leading retail store to buy an AUSTAR modem. When you have your modem, you can join AUSTAR broadband and access the internet immediately.

Call us

You can call AUSTAR directly on 132 532. Our sales staff will help you select a username, pricing plan and help you purchase a modem.

If you are an AUSTAR TV or Mobile customer our staff will ensure that the AUSTAR broadband service is included on your AUSTAR account.
