To use the AUSTAR broadband service, you will need to purchase a broadband modem. All of the products displayed below are available for purchase when you join AUSTAR broadband.
Equipment purchased when you're joining AUSTAR broadband online will be delivered within 2 working days. If you joined the service over a weekend, your equipment will be delivered on a Wednesday.
Equipment can also be purchased when you join or by calling 132 432 or by visiting a retail store.
Any equipment purchased directly through AUSTAR will not incur a delivery fee.
